At WOUF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't perfect, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Parcel

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized collection point; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
